WiFi Temperature Sensors Australia:
The WEB ID WiFi temperature sensors Australia use a thermistor to accurately measure air temperatures. An integrated 802.11 b/g radio transmitter allows the device to be easily programmed to work with any existing Wifi network. WEB ID Wifi temperature sensors Australia can be easily programmed with WiFi network security via a low cost USB programming cable, available here, and the free MoWi Setup Utility for Windows® PC's, keeping the user's Wifi network secure.

User defined transmission intervals (heartbeats) and sensor threshold settings ensure that sensor data is received when needed, based on the application. All sensor data is stored securely in the WEB ID Online Sensor Monitoring software and is viewable from any web enabled device. Email and SMS text messages can be configured through the online system to alert the user immediately when a defined parameter has been met or exceeded.

Wifi Wireless Temperature Sensor Operation

The WEB ID Wifi Temperature Sensor outputs the ambient temperature in degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius. It is programmed to sleep for a user-specified time interval (heartbeat) and then wakeup, send power to the NTC Thermistor, wait for the reading to stabilize, calculate the temperature and transmit the information to the wireless gateway. To stay within the abilities of the processor, the temperature is computed from a data table provided by the manufacturer. To reduce error, the Wifi temperature sensor has a variable resistor configuration which is implemented over specified temperature ranges.

Do not use this sensor under the following conditions as these factors can deteriorate the product characteristics and cause failures and burn-out.; corrosive gas or deoxidizing gas - chlorine gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, ammonia gas, sulfuric acid gas, nitric oxides gas, etc.), volatile or flammable gas, dusty conditions, under low or high pressure, wet or excessively humid locations, places with salt water, oils chemical liquids or organic solvents, where there are excessively strong vibrations, other places where similar hazardous conditions exist.
Use this WiFi temperature sensor within the specified temperature range. Higher temperature may cause deterioration of the characteristics or the material quality of this product.
